21 Ekim Cuma Cumhuriyet Balosu aksami yogunlugu azaltmak ve programin zamaninda baslamasini saglamak icin siz misafirlerimizle onemli bilgileri onceden paylasarak, sizlerin planlanan saatte yerlerinizi almanizi ve aksam yemeginin saatinde servis edilmesini saglamak amaciyla, siz misafirlerimizin mumkun oldugu kadar saatinde baloya tesrif ederek, gonullulerimize yardimci olmanizi beklemekteyiz. 

Indirimli bilet satislari icin son gun 30 Eylul'dur. Sayet 10 kisilik gruplar halinde rezervasyonlar yapildiginda yer ayirmamiz mumkun olacaktir.

KESINLIKLE KAPIDA BILET SATISI MUMKUN OLMAYACAKTIR

Baloya gelmeden veya katiliminizda goz onunde bulundurulmasi gereken bilgiler:

- Baloya gunluk kiyafetle katilmak yasaktir (ornegin kot pantolon veya spor ayakkabi), Erkekler icin Takim elbise,kravat veya smokin tercih edilir.

-Cocuk bakim odasina birakacaginiz cocuklarinizin, balo salonuna girip cikmalari yasaktir, gerektiginde aileler cocuklarinin yanina giderek

kontrol edebilirler.

- Cocuklara peynirli pizza ve su servisi yapilacaktir, ayrica cocuk odasinda televizyon ve cocuk filimlerini izleme imkanini yaratacagiz.

-Cocuk sayisina gore cocuk odasinda, cocuk bakicilarimiz hazir bulunacaklar.

-Balo Kayit resepsiyonuna geldiginizde cocuklarin check-ini ayri bir bolumden yapilacaktir.

-Yalnizca 9 Yasindan buyuk cocuklar biletle baloya kabul edilebilir.

-Tum bilet alan misafirlerimize bilet satin aldigina dair bir e-maille TEYID mektubu gonderilecektir, bu kartda baloda hangi yemegi tercih    ettiginiz ve odemeyi yaptiginiza dair bilgiler mevcut olacaktir

-Masa numaranizi ve yemek biletinizi (steak veya Tavuk) check-in esnasinda gorevliden isteyebilirsiniz.

-Baloda cash bar mevcut olacaktir.

Dear Republic Day Ball Participants and Friends,

In order to have a smooth run on the 21nd of October, on Friday evening please be on time for the program and have your seats timely in the dining room so service can be done promptly. It would be especially helpful if our guests are early to check in.

SORRY, NO TICKET PURCHASES AT THE DOOR

Some important items before you come to the Republic Ball and or during the program are:

-Dress Code: Black Tie or Business attire (no jeans please and sneakers)

There will be an enough number of babysitters will be available depending on the number of children in the room.

-Children will be in a separate room with a babysitter and they cannot go in and out to the ball room. Parents can check their kids in the special room.

-After you check-in also go to a separate table to register your child for babysitting services.

There will be pizza and water service to children during the night and they will be watching TV or movies made for children.

-Any child over nine (9) years old can participate in the ball room as long as there is a  ticket purchased.

-All guests whom have purchased their Ball tickets will be receiving their “CONFIRMED" letter by e- mail.    

-  your dinner tickets will be provided at the Check-in table along with arranged table number.

-There will be a cash bar during the night.
