Welcome to TURANT

TURANT stands for Turkish American Association of Northern Texas. It was founded back in 1975 as a non-profit organization and has been serving the community since then.Our organization’s main goal is to present and share the characteristics of Turkish Culture while continuously seeking to improve the understanding in North Texas. To accomplish this goal, our organization organizes children’s day picnic, monthly happy hour, annual Turkish festival, republic day dinner, and other social events.

Turkish American Association of Northern Texas, 1975 senesinden beri kar amaci gutmeyen bir dernek olarak hizmet vermektedir. Dernegimizin amaci Turk kulturunun ozelliklerini tanitmak ve paylasmaktir. Bu amaca ulasmak icin TURANT, 23 Nisan piknigi, aylik bar geceleri, Turk Festivali, Cumhuriyet Balosu ve diger sosyal organizasyonlar duzenlemektedir.

Membership

TURANT is a non-profit organization and all the membership fees and donations are tax deductible. Members will get special discounts on all activities. Annual membership dues are $50 for families, $35 for singles, and $20 for students. Please pay online by using your credit/debit card by clicking [here]. TURANT kar amaci olmayan bir organizasyon olup uyelik ucretleri ile yardimlar vergiden muaftir. Uyelerimiz TURANT tarafindan duzenlenen aktivitelerden indirimli olarak faydalanabilecektir. Yine uyelerimiz halk oyunlari derslerine de ucretsiz olarak katilabilir. Uyelik ucreti aileler icin $50, bireysel olarak katilanlar icin $35 ve ogrenciler cin $20'dir.
